      插入式通用电(dian)子(zi)流(liu)量计(ji)的(de)电气性能(neng)指标(biao)

      插(cha)入(ru)式(shi)通(tong)用电(dian)子流量(liang)计(ji)的电(dian)气性(xing)能指(zhi)标: 
      1、工(gong)作电(dian)源(yuan): 
      A.外电(dian)源(yuan):+24VDC±15%,纹(wen)波<5%,适(shi)用于4~20mA输(shu)出、脉冲输(shu)出(chu)、报警(jing)输(shu)出、RS-485等; 
      B.内(nei)电源:1组(zu)3.6V锂电池(chi)(ER26500),当电(dian)压低(di)于3.0V时,出现欠(qian)压指(zhi)示(shi)。 
      2、整(zheng)机(ji)功(gong)耗(hao): 
      A.外(wai)电源:<2W; 
      B.内电(dian)源(yuan):平(ping)均功耗1mW,可连续使用两年(nian)以上(shang)。 
      3、脉(mai)冲(chong)输出(chu)方(fang)式: 
      A. 工况脉冲信号(hao),直接将流(liu)量传(chuan)感器(qi)检测(ce)的工况脉(mai)冲信(xin)号经光耦(ou)隔(ge)离放大输(shu)出,高(gao)电平≥20V,低(di)电平(ping)≤1V; 
      B. 定(ding)标(biao)脉(mai)冲(chong)信号(hao),与(yu)IC卡(ka)阀(fa)门(men)控(kong)制器配套(tao),高(gao)电(dian)平(ping)幅度(du)≥2.8V,低(di)电(dian)平(ping)幅度(du)≤0.2V, 单(dan)位(wei)脉冲(chong)代(dai)表(biao)体(ti)积(ji)量(liang)可(ke)设(she)定(ding)范围(wei):0.001m3~100m3。单(dan)选(xuan)择该值(zhi)时必(bi)须(xu)注意(yi):定(ding)标脉 冲(chong)信号频(pin)率应(ying)≤900Hz。 
      C. 定(ding)标脉(mai)冲(chong)信号,经(jing)光耦隔(ge)离放大输(shu)出,高电平≥20V,低(di)电平≤1V。 
      4、RS485通(tong)信(xin)(光(guang)电(dian)隔离(li)),可实(shi)现以(yi)下功能(neng): 
      A.采用RS-485接(jie)口(kou),可(ke)直接与(yu)上(shang)位(wei)机(ji)或(huo)二次(ci)表(biao)联网,远(yuan)传显(xian)示介质(zhi)的(de)温度、压力(li)和经(jing)温(wen)度(du)、压(ya)力(li)补(bu)偿后的标准体(ti)积(ji)流(liu)量和标准(zhun)体(ti)积总(zong)量(liang); 
      B.由(you)RS485接口与数(shu)据采集器(qi)配套(tao),可组(zu)成网(wang)络通(tong)信(xin)系(xi)统(tong),一台数据(ju)采(cai)集(ji)器(qi)可(ke)带(dai)15台(tai)流(liu)量(liang)计(ji); 
      C.由(you)RS485接(jie)口(kou)与数(shu)据(ju)采集(ji)器配(pei)套(tao),可(ke)组成(cheng)宽带(dai)网络(luo)通(tong)信(xin)系统(tong),由(you)INTERNET传(chuan)输数据,一(yi)台数(shu)据(ju)采集(ji)器可带(dai)8台(tai)流量计。 
      5、4~20mA标(biao)准电(dian)流(liu)信号(光电(dian)隔(ge)离(li)) 
      与(yu)标准体积(ji)流量(liang)成(cheng)正(zheng)比(bi),4mA对应0 m3/h, 20 mA对(dui)应(ying)zui大(da)标准体(ti)积(ji)流量(该(gai)值(zhi)可在一(yi)级菜(cai)单(dan)中进(jin)行(xing)设(she)置(zhi)),制式(shi):两线(xian)制或三线(xian)制(zhi),流(liu)量(liang)计可(ke)根(gen)据(ju)所(suo)插(cha)电(dian)流(liu)模(mo)块自动识(shi)别(bie),并(bing)正(zheng)确(que)输出(chu)。 
      6、控(kong)制信号输(shu)出: 
      A.下限报警信(xin)号(hao)(LP):光电隔离(li),高低(di)电平(ping)报警,报警(jing)电(dian)平(ping)可设定(ding),工(gong)作电压(ya)+12V~+24V,zui大负(fu)载电(dian)流50mA;
      B.上限(xian)报警(jing)信(xin)号(UP):光(guang)电隔离,高低(di)电平(ping)报警(jing),报(bao)警电平(ping)可设(she)定,工作(zuo)电压+12V~+24V,zui大负载电(dian)流(liu)50mA;
      C.关阀报(bao)警(jing)输(shu)出(chu)(BC端(duan),IC卡控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)用):逻辑门(men)电(dian)路输出(chu),正(zheng)常输(shu)出(chu)低(di)电(dian)平,幅(fu)度(du)≤0.2V;报警输出(chu)高(gao)电(dian)平,幅度(du)≥2.8V,负(fu)载电阻(zu)≥100kΩ; 
      D.电(dian)池欠(qian)压报警(jing)输(shu)出(BL端,IC卡控制(zhi)器用(yong)):逻辑(ji)门电(dian)路输出(chu),正(zheng)常(chang)输(shu)出(chu)低(di)电平(ping),幅度(du)≤0.2V;报警(jing)输(shu)出(chu)高(gao)电平(ping),幅度≥2.8V,负载电阻(zu)≥100kΩ。
